I am the troop admin and pack/BT/GT trainer. I am wanting to do the Den Chief training so I know what the scouts learn with this training. Is this a glitch or I am not allowed to take as an adult. Please advise.

Why is this training not updated? Still has Boys Life and the old Den guides etc which were set up for this year of Cub Scouting. Not sure how to report this up the chain to request it be updated.
Only the council professionals have access to the training folks at national. You might try reaching out to your council training chair, who should know who at council has access to notify national that it’s an issue being reported.
I don’t know how well the CST system works, but a district training chair should be able to tell the council training chair and have them talk to the territory training chair about what is up. That territory training chair is supposed to be well plugged into all national training people. So, that COULD be another option. Not sure if it is.

Fair point. I tend to reduce the number of links in the communication chain as much as I can to minimize message “creep”.
