I would like to see Den Chiefs handled like Troop Guides where the Pack has access to the Scout as well. I know that this would not be easy, but it would help them be better integrated

When you say “has access”, @AllenLooney, are you thinking of just the ability to include them in emails and calendar invites, or something more extensive?
@CharleyHamilton, It would be nice if the Den Chief could be given access to view the Cub’s advancement by the Cubmaster. The same capability for the Troop Guide would be great as well, since some Troops allow them to signoff on requirements.
