Hello. I have a den leader that is not able to log advancements for his whole den. However, he is able to log for his son in the same den. Can you help. His ID is 14190671

Is he a den admin for that den?
He’s only connected to his son. I also noticed that he has a couple of prior positions that were never approved. Can you go into this and approve them. Then, go into her current den admin position and tell it to update (even without changing anything.
