Leader Pending / Den Leader

Hi, my scoutbook accout shows two positions Den Admin and Den Admin/ Tiger Den Leader. I am unable to update anything on either position. I cannot add advancements for my den. It shows I am a den leader when logging into internet advancement. My Member ID is 14351354 and previous ID was 14763743. Also, I am unable to link the two in Manage Member ID as the system says the profile is different.

You had 2 MIDs, 2 my.scouting.org IDs and 5 Scoutbook IDs. I have merged the my.scouting.org and Scoutbook IDs and placed your MID ending in 743 on your my.scouting.org ID as secondary.

Please check your e-mail address as what is in Akela (the registration database) does not match Scoutbook or my.scouting.org.

Log in to all systems with the ID that is not an e-mail address.

Please contact your Council and have them use the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools to move your Scout with first initial P from your MID ending in 743 to your registered MID ending in 355. Your other Scout with first initial H is already on the 355 MID. This will avoid issues in the future.

I recently became the cubmaster for my unit and it appears as if my pack is up to date since the recharter occurred. How would I go about getting this changed, through Council or can I do it through scoutbook myself?


Your Charter Org Rep or Charter Org Rep Delegate can use the Position Manager in my.scouting.org to update positions of leaders currently registered with the unit.
