Den Leader Cannot Print Pocket Certificates

I’m a den leader trying to print pocket certificates for adventures from a purchase request. When I click “print certificate,” a new tab pops up with script quoted below. I have den admin permissions and am connected to all my den members. I’ve tried clearing the cache and tested two different browsers (Firefox and Edge) with the same result. MID is 141064704.

Even in Legacy Scoutbook Den Admins were not able to print pocket certificates because the Needs Purchase report, where pocket certificates were printed is a unit, not den report.

In Scoutbook Plus you need to be a Key 3, Key 3 Delegate or Unit Advancement Chair to print pocket certificates.

Thank you for the quick and detailed reply! Since den leaders are supposed to award adventure loops, I’m going to make a feature request that they be able to print certificates, too.
