Den Leader/Den Admin Role does not have full control of all scouts in den

I’ve got a Bear Den leader who has Den Leader and Den Admin roles in Scoutbook, but does not have full access to the scouts in his den (he shows in connections with View Profile and View Advancement) but needs the ability to edit advancement. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I would start by verifying that the adult is actually currently registered under that BSA ID. That’s the most common issue.

That person is not a registered leader and it is a bug in Scoutbook that he is an admin - he needs to fill out an Adult application
