Den leader has two separate accounts

I have a den leader who shows pending in Scoutbook listed with SB ID 13136760 and no member ID. His leader profile in internet advancement shows Member ID 12662616 and a YPT date. When I pull up his connection as a parent and look at his profile it shows a Member ID of 134977813. When I run the roster it shows two connections for him. One with ID 134977813 and no position, and one with no ID and the position as Webelo den leader.

@JenniferScribner BSA member ID 12662616 is the one with his Webelos Den Leader registration.

Please ask him to log in at my.scouting and double-check his address and phone number there. It kind of looks like a phone number is on line #2 of his address.

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the “Relationships” section, he should be listed as parent only under BSA 12662616. They should remove him if he is listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched when the pack’s Recharter posts, and this could result in another Scoutbook account being created.
