Adult Leader Account Discrepancy

Hello SUAC friends!

BSA Member ID 12892305 is a registered leader in our Pack. I am trying to assign him to our Wolf Den as a leader in Scoutbook+, but i get the following error: “There is no valid AkelaExpireDate for given userIds - userIds: 13658028.”

The user’s primary registration is as a Webelos Den Leader (he led our AOLs last year), and now he’s a leader for his younger son’s Wolves. Not sure if that has something to do with this.

In OG Scoutbook the user has the following SB User ID:13658028 (same number as in the error message). There, the user has the yellow triangle warning message that says “not on official unit roster in my.scouting.”

Looking on the my.scouting roster, the user is on the roster, but with Member ID 12494076 (different than the one listed in OG Scoutbook and Scoutbook+).

Can y’all help us get this straightened out so he can properly use the online resources as a leader for our Wolves?

Thanks!

Greg Stevenson

@GregoryStevenson1 this is fixed - his MID got switched to a wrong one - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 12494076

OG SB Roster is not reliable - My.scouting.org is the official Roster

Hello Scouting Forum, This is my first time trying to submit a question. Our new Cubmaster, ID 13697610, is listed twice in my.scouting. Once as Den Leader and once as Cubmaster. She renewed when her account showed her as a Den Leader. Subsequently, she is listed again as a Cubmaster who has not renewed even though as a Den Leader she is shown as “Complete.” Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks much, Susan Kigawa

I’d suggest contacting your council. They can open a ticket with national.

Thank you for the help!
