Den Leader lost full control access to scout profiles

A Den leader lost full control access. As pack admin I try to toggle it back on for each scout under their connections but the new setting does not save.

Try re-setting his Pack Admin and Den Admin roles.

  1. In Scoutbook, go to your Pack Roster page.
  2. Click on his name.
  3. Click on his Pack Admin / Den Admin role.
  4. Make sure the box is checked next to Position Approved.
  5. Click Update to save.

Repeat for the other Admin role.

I just tried that and still no luck. Permissions just stuck on view profile and view advancements. All positions have approved checkbox checked.

@BenThompson1 This should be fixed now.

After your recharter gets processed by your council, you might want to consider adding him as Unit Advancement Chair at my.scouting (using the Position Manager there).
