Den Leader only has report access

I have a Den leader who is unable to update anything in her Den. She can run reports and thats it. She is also our treasurer if that helps. She did have access about two months ago. How can we fix this.

The SUAC volunteers can use the Member ID Stephen requested to dig into things more.

However, please note that Scoutbook+ permissions are closely tied to registered positions, in contrast with the way permissions worked in classic Scoutbook (which formerly extended to SB+). Only the COR can hold two registered positions, and then only COR+CC or COR+MC. I would start by checking this scouter’s actual registered position at my.scouting. Then, assuming they are a registered DL, I would check whether they are assigned to a particular een in SB+. I can’t recall for sure, but I believe that Unit Treasurer is a functional role assigned via my.scouting or SB+. Your unit Key 3 might be able to assign that functional role to the scouter if they’re registered as a DL. I would verify that it’s a functional role not a registered position first, though.

The unit Key 3 might be able to simulate some of the DL functionality in SB+ by assigning permissions like Subunit Support if the scouter is registered as a MC rather than DL. However, not every registered position can be assigned every set of permissions (and some things like reports currently seem to be exclusively tied to the registered position).

@TaniaSkolek that user is not a Den Leader - they are a registered Committee Member. For them to have the default Den LEader Permissions they would need to change registration to Den Leader Position. They are assigned to a Den in SB+ so that is one step.

The other option is for Key3 to manually give them needed Permissions. See the below links.

A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.
