Den Leader Role won't allow edits

Legacy scoutbook shows my current positions & roles as Den Leader and Den Admin. Scoutbook Plus shows me with the position: Den Admin. However, I cannot perform any functions with my Den Webelos 1 in Scoutbook. Everything is grey as if I don’t have the proper permissions. The packmaster claimed he did everything on his end and the council also said my account looks correct. Can you assist?

@LindseyTenney - could you be more specific than everything is grey? What are you trying to do ?

@LindseyTenney Your Webelos Den Leader and Den Admin roles are not approved. A Pack Admin can approve them in Scoutbook (legacy):
