Good afternoon. Our Pack’s AOL Den Leader is suddenly unable to approve the completion of Adventures/Advancement for her own child in the AOL Den. She reports having no issues with the Advancement of other AOL Scouts, only her son. She is able to mark her son’s Adventures as completed, but she cannot mark them as approved/recorded. Her permissions and roster all appear to be correct. The Den Leader’s member ID is 13939735. The AOL Scout’s member ID is 13939742.
