I am able to enter advancement for my son, but I am unable to approve/record the advancements. I am able to do both for all other Scouts in my Den. I was able to approve/record my son’s advancement previously.
My son is in my Den.
@SeanFritchey the parent issue is a known bug that is reported

Is there a place to look for a status or workarounds on this bug? My den leaders just reported this issue to me and I found this post but am unsure what my next steps should be.
@DanielCoupland In Scoutbook Plus, have you den leaders look in the upper right and click on their pack number (currently viewing: Pack XXX), then have them select the Den Leader or den Admin role – not their parent role.
