I’m a Den leader who is unable to see all my scouts in Scoutbook. I should have two new members but they are not in my roster.
@ShannanOMara have you talked to your unit leaders and admins? Are the Scouts in the Den? Have the Leaders connected you to the Scouts? If you post the scouts BSA# (no names) we might be able to tell a few things.
Yes I have. They have added the new scouts to my den and can see them on their end of Scoutbook but I cannnot see them in my Scoutbook. Where can I find their BSA#?
@ShannanOMara looks like you have the wrong internal position (tech issue) - have an Admin log back in and assign you again to the den
@ShannanOMara even a log out and back in might clear it
