I fixed this particular occurrence myself, via the Connection Manager.
Just to be clear though, the root issue still exists and this bug has not been fixed yet.

I reproduced the same issue and recorded the screen shots for you to pass on to your developers, if needed. fyi I took an unassigned scout (no den) and assigned them to a den via Scoutbook Plus’ “Edit Den” feature. Then, recorded the connections status for that scout for the next 48 hours (and blacked out the names for privacy).
