Den leaders not able to post events

I’m getting reports from 2 Den Leaders that when they try to post events on their Den’s calendar, it “spins” when you click on the date block but won’t move them on to the next step. This doesn’t happen to me (committee chair) when I utilize the calendar.

Check whether or not they are also listed as Den Admins in their Scoutbook positions. That’s what’s needed to edit the den calendar. In the event that the Den Admin positions are already there, I’d recommend going in and “reapproving” those positions. Sometimes admin roles get tweaked behind the scenes and reapproving them tends to get them squared away again.

I’d suggest they try clearing cache and/or private or incognito mode.
