Every time I try to load my den Roster, I receive a message that an error has occurred when processing my request (m500). This is accompanied by am image of a sleeping gorilla. The roster was available several weeks ago, and now I cannot see it. The youths are listed in the Scouting app. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
@BeauPreston first I would log into scoutbook.scouting.org and look there instead of the DLE - make sure it all looks good
Thanks. I did that and can see the scout in my den (who is also my son). So it looks okay. I just wanted to be able to use the Scoutbook for den leaders to easily schedule meetings and track progress. And I can’t seem to do that currently.
Try using an incognito window for DLE
I still receive the same M500 error message when trying to retrieve the den roster in incognito mode.

No, I do not. I tried shutting everything down and opening up the roster, and I receive the same error message.
if you know how to use Developer or Inspect views on your browser - you could open the Network view and see if any errors show
