Digital Product Sale Manager

I opened position manager functional positions under my Sea Scout Ship as the Skipper and I see there is a new functional role “Digital Product Sale Manager”.
Can anyone tell me what functions that functional position would have in My Scouting advancement/scoutbook/etc?

Also, why can I select 10 people for this role?
