Our troop uses TroopWebHost (TWH) to maintain all Scouting functions and activity. In speaking with TWH, there is not currently a way to import service hours, camping nights, or other activity credits into Scoutbook Plus. Scoutbook does allow Import function for Scoutbook or Scout Shop items. An API needs built to allow the import of a scout’s history from a 3rd Party vendor into Scoutbook Plus.
Well TWH (and other third parties) in the past ended that option so users would not migrate to Scoutbook - TWH would need to reach out to its contacts with IT to see about that option.
In speaking with TWH Support this week, they are open to have the functionality to have it’s users export a file into Scoutbook Plus but Scouting America hasn’t developed an API/process to import the data which is why I’m requesting Scouting America to allow the import of a scout’s history.
It might be in the backlog of stories SUAC does not know about
