Hello, can’t verify my den leader acct because it says I have 2 logins using my email. The only account numbers I see are 11655114, 137134832 & 13975554. Thank you.
When you say “verify my den leader acct”, what do you mean?
You do have 2 usernames at my.scouting:
One has Google sign in turned on.
The other is your e-mail address.
Which one would you like to keep?
I’d like to keep the email account. The pack can’t verify my account because of the double login. Thanks for the help

@JosephMyers3 I have updated the BSA member number on your Scoutbook account. I have also requested a position sync. You should be back on the pack roster in Scoutbook within 24 hours.
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” section, they should check that you are listed as parent only under BSA member ID number 13975554. They should remove you if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, your BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter, and this could result in the creation of another Scoutbook account.
