Duplicate account assistance

I’ve got a parent with duplicate accounts in scout book. Can we get them merged somehow? Like he’s done a payment on one account, but it doesn’t have a BSA id attached. He also has an older account that he can log in with. I don’t even know.

Post the Scoutbook User ID (found below the BSA Member ID under Edit Profile) and we can investigate.

The user ID for the account that I believe he made payments on is 394957. This one does not have a BSA ID connected to it.

The old user ID that he can log in on is 10856785. This one has a BSA ID connected, but I can’t search for it to give it any roles or anything.
