One of the Scouts in our Troop appears twice in Scoutbook, but the SB User ID# and the BSA ID# are the same in both. We have seen posts on Scoutbook Forum where people are reporting Scouts that have two Scoutbook User ID#s and requesting them to be merged. Our case is a little different as the USER ID and BSA ID number’s are the same. Is merging the accounts the right thing for this situation.
@eugeniawelch go to the Scout in Legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) > Click Membership > the scout will have 2 memberships probably. Just put an end date to one.
