*I’ve been having an access issue with my ID.
Logging in recently I’m seeing a pack that I’m not assigned to and my old pack/membership and access level(advancement chair) seems to be missing.
The ID I’m seeing today when I login:: ID *987
What I’ve been able to find from an email when I originally signed up in 2023.

I’ve tried added the “old id” to my membership in my.scouting.org and it gives an error
“Failed to add Member ID. User not found.”

@CharlesHurkes Member ID number *987 is the correct number. It looks like you transferred to a Scouts BSA troop, instead of renewing with a pack.
Is that something I need to check with the local council with?
Logging in last month I was all set with the Cub scout group 3331 but just last week is when I noticed this.
I would. If they are the same council, they might want to move your membership.
