We have a scout that transferred to us from out of state into a new girl’s troop that I was able to create. When council created her new id for the Atlanta Area Council, she now has two IDs. In scoutbook it shows both IDs, a member ID and a previous member ID. In our scouting.org roster it shows her name (which is her full legal name which is different than the nickname in scoutbook) with the previous member ID listed. These two are not connected and when we try import any advancement for her, using either ID is states she does not exist. Council states that I need to submit this here to get it fixed. Should I submit her detail member and ID information here?
@DanielMentzel Please post the Scout’s member ID number, and someone can take a look.

In our roster on scouting.org member ID is 141404481 and in scoutbook it shows member id as 140233988 and previous id as 141404481.
