I have a parent in our Troop with duplicate accounts showing in Scoutbook (and listed twice as the parent to her Scout in Scoutbook plus). She is having trouble consistently receiving messages. I can only see her member ID on one of the accounts (Member ID14373790). The other parent account gives me an error message and says undefined. Can the extra account be deleted/merged? She is currently registered as a Unit Scouter Reserve, but recently joined our committee.

I see a few other issues with parent accounts in our Troop. Can you help with these?
Member ID 137300117 is connected to an out of date gmail account, ID 13850471 is connected to the correct email but it wasn’t connected to his Scout (that may have been fixed already, not sure).
Member ID 141519454 has the correct email and spelling of this dad’ name so he’s been using this account; duplicate Member ID 141472837 has spelling errors
Member ID 14039892 is the account this parent has been using because she goes by Patricia, duplicate is Member ID 14073031

This user has 3 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. I merged the Scoutbook accounts, but the user should contact the local council about merging his usernames.
I’ve done what I can, but the local council needs to correct the spelling of the dad’s name under member ID number: 141472837.
I have merged this user’s Scoutbook acounts. She has 3 member ID numbers.
This parent should ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up her child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, she should be removed as parent under her secondary member ID numbers. She should only be listed as parent under her primary member ID number: 14039892. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.

We have a leader who is already registered in a Pack (Member ID 13744883, expiration 8/2025), and we’ve tried to add a multiple registration into our Troop. He does not have the buttons “Transfer/Multiple” on his account and the council has attempted twice to multiple him but we don’t see any change. Can you help? Thanks again!
That adult has a Cubmaster regsitration expiring 8/31/25 but the IsCurrent field in Akela, the membership data is set to No. You need to contact your Council to have this resolved. I suspect this is why he doesn’t see a Multiple button under My Applications in my.scouting.org.
