@KatherineAxelrad I have merged the Scoutbook accounts.
@KatherineAxelrad The local council should be able to fix the user’s DOB now.
I have a similar issue with two accounts. The account where I am a MB Counselor is 13937734, but another account using the same email address is linked to my Scouts account. I believe the other account number is 1137709, but I am not sure. Can these accounts be merged?
@MichaelGarner4 Your Scoutbook accounts have been merged. Please log all the way out, then log back in again.
Thank you so much! It took me forever to realized what the issue was with the two accounts. Thank you!
I made an account to register my child ( Member ID141600507, CouncilConnecticut Yankee Council BSA 072) not realizing that I already had an account for myself (Member ID10307340, CouncilMonmouth Council, BSA 347) Can these be merged?
@JosephZuniga have you tried Mange Member ID? - there is no merging Member IDs - the user can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > as long as the info is the same then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY.
@JosephZuniga looks like names are a little different so that manage tool will not work - What login do you want to use? the hey############# username? or the Sign in with Google?
Let’s go with the hey############# username please.
@JosephZuniga OK that is fixed
