There are duplicate accounts on my email address. I changed my email, accepted the invite on the duplicate account, then deleted the duplicate. However when I changed my email back, the old account still shows up?
The correct account is Scott Huffman BSA: 140155086. The duplicate that can be deleted or merged is William Huffman.
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove you as parent under your secondary member ID number. Then they should add you as parent only under your primary member ID number, the one that ends in -086.
