Duplicate Parent Accounts in Scoutbook

I have 2 parents with duplicate accounts that need to get merged.

They were unable to gain access to the 1st account (1 account is using changemyemail@scoutbook.com and the other parent doesn’t have access to the original email) they both have created a 2nd account.

I am having a similar problem. At first, I thought it was the parent who wasn’t paying attention, but I found out otherwise.

I will send you both a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
