I’m a parent with a new scout and when I log into Scoutbook I see his name listed twice. There are 2 scoutFamIDs (sorry pulled this from the link).
13973243 (seems to be correct / show awards he’s gotten)

On both of these if I attempt to use quick entry or the advancements link, I’m taken to scoutbook plus but have no options to enter anything for adventures.
Is this the right place to ask for assistance? Thank you!
@GrantMeans first step is to talk to your Unit or your Council Registrar as the Scout is registered twice so double paying - BSA #s 141449061 & 141262738 (this is misspelled name I think) - the Council needs to clean this up first. On parents entering advancements that is broken right now but is being looked at.
