Duplicate accounts in Scoutbook

Hi,

Our troop has 3 boy scouts who have duplicate accounts in Scoutbook. For all 3, both accounts show as verified, linked, and syncing for advancement, and both have the same BSA ID in the profile. However, for each, one of the accounts shows their current rank and advancement progress, and the other shows no rank and no advancement. Can you help with this?
