Two copies of the same scout

I have a cub scout that shows twice. Once in his den and once as unassigned. When I try to enter advancements, this is what i get:

any help will be appreciated.

look at the Scouts membership- see if the scout has 2 - one pack, one den - put an end date on pack one. Make sure f has Green shield and is approved

now i can edit his stuff but I have two copies of the same scout with different id numbers in the den. That, I would think, should not happen.

post the BSA #s and we can look
