Duplicate Adult Profiles and Same Email address by another user

My wife somehow has 2 accounts on Scoutbook (BSA#135439567 UserID:8558187 is active; BSA#132300930 UserID:1513663 is ghost). She has no login information for the ghost account.

As for me, I received a warning upon logging in today that another user is using the same e-mail address. Thoughts?

You both had Scoutbook accounts from when you lived in CA. I have merged these old accounts into your current accounts.
