Good morning! I have an adult leader who sometime ago mistakenly created two accounts. The account that would need to be deleted is Member ID 136925788. No need to merge with the other account as this leader has done almost nothing with the duplicate.
It is too common of a name - can you post the other MID (BSA#)
@RossComstock This should be fixed.
However, you will need to contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up her child (or children). In the “Relationships” section, she should be listed as parent only under BSA 13507956. They should remove her as parent under BSA 136925788. Otherwise, her BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter.
