Extra parent account

I have a “duplicate” parent account.

BSA ID: 136656340
USER ID: 10100799

The parent would like it to go away. It has an email address that is no longer valid, their other ID is fine.

Is this the mechanism for doing this? Or would I normally request through my council registrar? They seem to be pretty busy with crossovers and recharters, currently.

@JeffreyCieslak I have merged this parent’s Scoutbook accounts. BSA member number 136656340 is the correct one that she should be using.

Please double-check her e-mail address to make sure that it is the one that she wants.
