I have a leader who has a BSA number in Scoutbook and a BSA number on our roster in my.scouting. Because the SB # does not match the roster, they are showing up as not being on the roster, YPT showing expired and they lost their ability to enter data in internet advancement. About 10 months ago we had duplicate scoutbook accounts get merged, but it looks like 2 BSA #'s are still lingering. Any help?
