Duplicate ID Number

I have several leaders and some scouts with double ID numbers and possible variations in their names. How can I unify the different numbers of a member and leave the original or the oldest one? For example, I have an ID 134302027 that belongs to NAME REMOVED, who when completing the YPT as NAME REMOVED, the system assigned him the ID 141454669. Can I fix this function as Key 3 or should it be the National Council or you who correct it? Thanks you very much.

@EstherVillarino_Tur please do not post names.

BSA #s or Member IDs (MIDs) - Sometimes can be managed by the user themself IF the data matches -

log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY — Often if there are more than one then there will be more than one Scoutbook Account that SUAC can help with. All training will merge to the Primary

If this does not work then it is a talk with council - they can only help if all of the BSA #s are from their council in most cases. SUAC can sometimes help with this if council cannot. It is VERY COMMON for Scouters to have multiple MIDS as each council assigns their own.

Thanks for the advise.
In Manage Member ID I can only manage my IDs but not the Roster members, there is no SEARCH box to find other members and correct their IDs.

Yes as I stated the User can log in - it is not your place to manage others personal data like that.

Ohhh. The Local Council can help with each case?

Once again - council can help depending on a few factors - yes
