Duplicate Parent Account to delete

I have a Parent with duplicate account that needs deleting.

Primary BSA ID is 12083166 (keep)
Duplicate for deletion BSA ID 13468816 (delete)

Council has already deleted the duplicate from My.Scouting.org.

this is fixed - that other BSA # has not been deleted though

it might have a criminal background check attached to it and they do not delete those
