Duplicate scout with incorrect spelling of name just appeared

Not sure what is going on.
A new record within Scoutbook just appeared. The new record appears to be a duplicate of a scout already in the troop but with an incorrect spelling. The new record isn’t in my.scouting.org, the original one is.

The two numbers are:

BSA Member ID:
132135495

SB User ID:

BSA Member ID:
14804098

Let me know if there are ways we can solve these types of things ourselves or what. Thanks for any help.

@JamesSoltysiak this is mostly fixed - the 2 DOB were off by 3 days so you might want to check that - council can fix

Thank you. I will send an email to the parents verifying the birthdate and fix with council if the current one is incorrect. Thanks again.
