Have a scout who shows up twice on our roster. Two different Scoutbook ID #s. One has a BSA Member ID. It seems to have occurred when they renewed their membership at home. Now one of the records (the correct one) is in danger of dropping off as the renewal didn’t change the expiration date of his membership.
Scoutbook USER ID 13764536 (name removed) (NEW) This one says Needs to Register and Invalid Date Time.
Scoutbook USER ID 13198224 (name removed) (OLD) This is the one that is good which has all of his advancements and other records.
Can we merge the two and get his expiration date corrected? Thanks so much.
