I have a scout that shows twice in the pack scoutbook id 13439153 that has all of his history but no longer shows a BSA member ID and scoutbook id 14147519 that is attached to a BSA member ID. Can these be merged back into one scout?

This is fixed as far as Scoutbook goes. The Scout’s mother needs to create herself a my.scouting.org ID so that she can renew his membership in October 2025. The only my.scouting.org ID I was able to find was for the Scout and youth can’t renew themselves.
