I took YTP Training on 9/19. It’s not showing up in my scoutbook. When I talked to our troop they said I have two BSA numbers. Scoutbook has my # as 13827115. User id 11855721. The troop website has my # as 13835387. Trying to get account merged and corrected so I can assist with camping trip.

The BSA Member IDs (MID) you provided belong to 2 different people, presumably you and your daughter.
