I accidentally ended up with different member IDs linked to my two kids. I tried to merge them through Manage Member ID and could not get it to work. I would appreciate some help merging these accounts. My two IDs are 14184926 and 13172227. Thanks for the help.
@JonathanBendert that is fixed
Having Same problem is a parent and a scout. scout book doesn’t appear to do trouble tickets any more.
Which is not good. I’d like to post a new comment, don’t see how to do that.
Here’s our issue. Which doesn’t show up when pasted into this system. again not an easy way to solve any issues.

Thank you very much for your help and quick response. It looks like my training did not merge correctly. I have completed YPT earlier this year and it is not reflect in Scoutbook or Scouting.org. Please assist when you are able.
Thanks.

@JonathanBendert log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > change the other to primary and leave for 24 hours (it will mess up all your BSA logins so just do not log in ) let training merge > then log back in and switch Primary again
@JonathanBendert It looks like your training has merged now.
Make sure you keep 14184926 as primary. The other BSA member number is missing your date of birth and your parent / Scout relationships.
