In January of this year, our troop officially became a family troop after being in the combined troop pilot program under our boys troop number. SB+ shows our troop as a family troop except in Report Builder, where only the boys troop number is listed. On top of that, all scouts who were with the troop before this fall (37 of our 59 scouts) have duplicate listings in “Scouts not in a Patrol.” I haven’t noticed this impacting any reports that we generate or any data for scouts, but should I be concerned about this? Should we get this fixed? If so, how? Thank you.
IT sounds like you have Legacy Ghosts Patrols - that is a known bug being dealt with. I would go to SB+ Roster and Edit Patrol > make sure the scouts are in the patrol you think they are in
