Same scouts listed twice in Scoutbook Plus Report Builder and Roster Report

Hello,

Using SB+ only, these two scouts show up under two areas, creating duplicates in the report builder and unit roster reports.

First, they show up under the “Scouts not in a Patrol” category in the Report Builder menu:

Scout: 142127998
But also in Vipers Patrol

Scout: 132546961
But also in Sharks Patrol

I cannot remove the duplicates in the Roster function (not Reports). In Roster view, everything looks fine, and “Scouts not in a Patrol” is not a patrol/category listed for me to edit or to remove the scout names.

I was able to fix the first Scout.

But the second Scout is in a patrol called “Transfer/Inactive”.

You are absolutely right, the second one (132546961) is in the patrol named “Transfer/Inactive.” The scout is still showing up in two places in Report Builder, under “Scouts not in a Patrol,” and in Roster function, Transfer/Inactive Patrol.

May I trouble you for one more scout?

136512948 is shown in Unit Roster Lite Report under Patrol: Transfer.
However, he should be in the Patrol named Dragons, as correctly listed in the Roster function view.

Can you help us with this discrepancy, too?

@ChrisCh that scout is multi registered in a different council - is the scout only registered in your unit now?
