It looks like each just have 2 memberships in the Troop. Click on one > click memberships > see if there are 2 memberships > if there are just end one
Well you are not even connected to them - a unit admin needs to do that
@Marinel_RamonaDealdo ok I think I got it cleaned up - YOU need to Go to unit Roster > Click your name > click Admin > click Update - that should solve it
When I try to click on my name from the unit Roster, nothing happens. It does not open my account.
It looks like there are 2 different versions of the troop in Scoutbook. They look the same, but the unitIDs are different. I have escalated this to the developers.
However, it might also be a good idea for you to contact your local council and ask them to submit a help ticket on your behalf to National.
