I have two SB accounts using the same email address, and both show on my kids SB account (SB ID 12537810). The account I actively use is member id (removed by moderator). Can you please delete the duplicate from SB?
Once cleaned I can do the relationship verification on SB+ as its not recognizing my account there.
I found you 2nd Scoutbook account and have merged them.
The reason the system did not find your original account when you registered as a leader is because your last name was misspelled on the older account.
