Duplicate Account Issue

We have an adult leader with two accounts.

User id: 13798828 (keep)
User id: 13644070 (delete)

Both accounts had the same email address and he could occassionally login, but mostly got an account not found message. I changed the email address on the bad one, hoping it would disconnect them, now he cannot login at all. Whatever you can do to get it working would be great! Thanks!

I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 13798828

In SB I have a duplicate parent.

BSA 12819252 is the one we want to keep. When I pick “Edit Profile” on the second one, I get “Error \personprofile” and I never get any profile information. Both accounts are connected to the scout (BSA 135926920), and both have the same email (first initial + lastname @yahoo.com)

Please merge these accounts.
