I have a scout who council confirms has earned Eagle but it is not showing in Scoutbook.

Is this tied into the backlog on certificates or is it an issue??

This individual has Eagle recorded in Akela. The Scout has already turned 18 and has no registrations.
I’ll have to ask the data team why Eagle was not propagated to Scoutbook.
