Eagle Palms - Earned in order error message

Hello -
We have a scout who at the time of his Eagle Board of Review had 42 merit badges (21 additional).

However the palms were not marked as Completed/Earned in Scoutbook.

I know there was a previous bug for errors with the 3 month wait between palms. However, I have tried a variety of dates after Palm #1 was completed.

Any suggestions?

There is a known issue with Eagle palm validation. Watch the Change Log for an announcement of a fix.

Palm pins are not restricted so if you need to purchase an additional pin you can do so without an advancement report.

I would like to follow this thread. I have 2 Eagle Scouts that it is not letting me enter their Palms (One I know is awaiting Council verification within Scoutbook). I would like to know when I can get their Palms entered correctly.
