Eagle Palms problem

I have a scout who earned and was awarded 3 Eagle Palms last year (bronze, Gold, Silver). He just finished another 5 merit badges. Scoutbook is showing his second bronze palm as 100% complete under the advancement tab, but it won’t show up on his page and isn’t showing in either the needs approving or purchase reports.

When I go to the Advancement tab and open up the 2nd palm I can see that the checkbox next to Percent Competed remains blank. If I try to mark it as complete by entering the date it was earned, I get an error message saying “Palms must be earned in order. This palm cannot be earned before the last palm is earned.” What am I doing wrong?

This is a know issue. Watch the change log for an announcement of the fix.

In the meantime, palms are not restricted so if you need another pin you can purchase one without an advancement report. However, because this would be his 2nd Bronze, he does t actually need the pin as he would wear one bronze and one silver to indicate 20 MBs.
